Our hearts are broken that sweet Studio Dog Hana has crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 9.6.19. We will miss her terribly but are comforted that she’ll join her brother Prince who was no doubt waiting for her sweet and sassy self to arrive.
Hana and her brother Prince became BBP Studio Dogs 16 years ago and loved nothing more than to go to the studio, greet vendor friends, couples and clients with their friendly personalities and desire to be helpful.
Sweet Hana who was a Chinese Crested Powderpuff developed a lens luxation many years ago and this began her slide into blindness. She was always so strong and brave, and until recently handled her disability very well.
Hana absolutely LOVED to go go go! She had a stroller complete with her own fan, water supply, her blankie, and treats and she would sit up in her stroller with those adorable ears up just to say hello to her admiring minions (of which we were Minion One and Minion Two). Honestly, everyone loved her and always commented about how cute she was, and that her ears were the most adorable things ever.
This was Hana + Prince’s first portrait, taken when they were new to the family. Can you stand it? Prince crossed the rainbow bridge 2 years ago in July. Naturally, they were St. Louis Blues Fans—– naturally! These photos are from one of my favorite OLD POSTS.
For our couples who didn’t have the chance to meet Hana + Prince, we’re so sorry. You would have loved them and vice versa.
Thanks for sticking with the post and for your many, many, many messages of love and support.
Rest in Peace sweet girl. You will be missed.
